Ive e been on a roller coaster hype on this movie called "The Hunt"starring the underrated Oscar Star Hilary Swank.It tells about the story of 12 strangers waking up on a remote place and trying to figuring out what makes them get there. They started to realized they are being hunted one by one by a group of unelite psychopath for sports.As the story progress,the protagonist on the name of Elsa dispatched the killers with her hunting skills,thanks to her experience as an Ex military.
What I like about these movie is the Hunting Instinct projected by the character as she showcase heads up mentalityon the series of events and situation.Not all of us have that instinct which is a necessity for nowadays crises, to Hunt inorder to survive and anticipate also to be Hunted I am not totally depicting to hunt like what we see on the media which portray a tribes with arrows on the spine or a ranger with big boots and a gun sneaking a deer on the forest.
What we need is the hunting mindset and the need to expect that danger is always coming and able to anticipate it in advance and prepared for it, is a reward.
Now I will share with you my tips and advices to proclaim yourself that you deserve to stay on top and not left behind.
1.Be Gray man,as color denotes its meaning being gray is like a camouflage ability blend in as if you are part or bein helpless also. Dont stand out on the crowd if they are in the line getting some goods from the government do the same.It is important for the situations like these not to show off that you have resources so they will not rely on you if the scenarios get worsen.
2.Water is the top priority as you can live with water alone for 3 weeks but without it you will last for only 3 days.Look for some extra storage of water in your house save as much for drinking and also for cleaning purposes.It is an advantage that you have a roof system for saving rainwater directly to the big drums and storage.Invest also a skill for water filtration process to convert thoese to a drinking one.Its a big plus if you are near the river or some water reservoir it could be a substantial source for your garden plants and for a good shower.
3.Lets do some gardening and convert those backyards into a field of vegetables.As the transportation systems put into halt all other services also will do like a domino effect.Groceries and pharmacies will run out of items to sold and force to shutdown.As we expect and prepared beforehand we can prepare food to our house by planting first those baby leaves that will used for cooking and medicine also.Dont overwhelm,yourself just start to plant leafy greens and level up to some rootcrops if needed.Lastly buy some poultries as they will be good source of eggs and if you want a great treat dinner once for awhile amidst crises.
4.Now that the food and water is secure,lets not forget the real priority which is our parents,our wife and kids.Im talking about home security.Yeah gory as it you may think during these crises,people are desperate and it is human nature that we turn to be like animals and hunt someone whose capable of giving what we need to survived.Talk to your family and engage in a drill on what to do,assign a task,have a place to meet up when situation worsen, are discussions you need to tackle in your members.Invest for brave pets like dogs is a big points for they create stimulus when you are sleeping and intruders are still on their way so you can prepare ahead
5.Build a good partnership or a trusted community within your blocks. As saying goes No Man is an Island,for me Having No community is an abandoned city.Your trusted neighbor is one you can turn into for barter exchange when you need something he have and vice versa.Strength in numbers as they may say,you will also choose you can trust to and you think have some mindset as yours and skills that complement what you have.This community will share set of skills and ideas to move forward and change location together to look for a greener pastures to survived and it will moved some bad intruders away thinking you are a group and elite to back them off.
Now you know what to do by hunting those top priorities in order for you to survive and pile these reserves in your home, and able to develop hunted instinct if some unprepared ones attact your sanctuary its time for you to stay being a gray man and still blend to the society as you move forward each day to secure your family and love ones not creating a stimulus and danger towards you.
We can Survive this crisis as history repeat itself and put your name in the books as one of the Fittest and prepared.
